Our NEIADA training prepares Nebraska-based independent auto dealers to implement federal and state statutory and administrative management principles through our specialized training developed by experienced Nebraska dealers, administrators and legal professionals.

We address three areas: 

  1. State of Nebraska law 
  2. Federal law 
  3. State and federal laws and regulations governing advertising

Federal Law Dealers

These lessons cover essential federal regulations including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, and the Safeguards Rule. Our federal training focuses on credit disclosures, adverse action notices, privacy protection, and record retention compliance.

Nebraska Advertising

We explain Nebraska’s specific advertising laws, including prohibitions on misleading pricing, unsubstantiated comparisons, and bait-and-switch tactics. Our lessons address full disclosure and compliance with written promotional content.

Nebraska State Law

Nebraska’s licensing, titling, tax credit, odometer, and paperwork requirements are examined. We guide dealers through legally mandated procedures and forms for lawful retail vehicle transactions in the State of Nebraska.

NEIADA Renewal Training: $150

Licensed Dealers:  Nebraska law mandates continuing education for all licensed motor vehicle dealers in the state.

New Dealers:  Under this statute, new dealer applicants must complete 8 hours of approved continuing education within 12 months of submitting their application. 

All licensed dealers are required to complete 4 hours of continuing education annually as a condition for license renewal. Our training is administered under the oversight of the Nebraska Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board to ensure it meets state standards.
